This office has been recognized as a PCMH since 2017. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of health care organizations and manages the evolution of HEDIS®, the performance measurement tool used by more than 90 percent of the nation’s health plans.
NCQA’s recognition programs are built on evidence-based, nationally recognized clinical standards of care. The PCMH standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
Our practice
incorporates a partner-like relationship between the provider, parent and
patient to obtain the goal of providing the highest quality of care. This
partnership helps us to ensure children receive comprehensive preventative
healthcare and parents understand the development processes that are part of
growing up for their son or daughter.
Our dedicated staff
works hard to provide top notch medical care for your child. We have
a well-equipped lab that runs many basic tests in-office, and our group
practice facility allows us to obtain blood draws and imaging that includes
X-ray, ultrasound and CT scans. We are usually able to call your family with
results on the same day for imaging studies and within 1-3 days for lab work.
